At 16 Alex considers himself ‘a veteran of the moped scene’ – Greg is 31 years old and ‘not a scooter type of person’. But when their paths collide they end up looking at their riding through each other’s eyes.
Greg and Alex hit the road for very different reasons, but in Act Your Age we see that there is more than one way to go about getting the riding experience that they need.
For one, the roads are a serious business, and much tougher than he thought. For the other its just a big laugh…. so will it all end in tears?
Whilst Act Your Age was created to educate and inform, it is not ‘just another safety DVD’. By using the story supported by with interviews with the characters the messages are delivered in a lively and interesting way.

Teaching Notes have been written to be used in conjunction with the Get the Message: Act Your Age DVD. Written with lesson plans in mind, the notes consider relevant issues like peer pressure, drink/drug riding, insurance and of course safety clothing.
