BECOME A MEMBER Membership of the Motorcycle Industry Association Limited In order to apply for membership of the Manufacturers and Importers category, please print off and fully complete the Manufacturers and Importers 2008 Application Form. To apply for any another category of membership, please print off the Membership Application Form excluding Manufacturers and Importers 2008. All applications for membership, which must be proposed and seconded by existing member companies, are put to the Board of Directors for election into membership. If you'd like to discuss the benefits of MCI Membership or your application in further details please contact Jenny Luckman on 02476 408032 or email j.luckman@mcia.co.uk Please note that applicants for membership must be able to provide 12 months trading accounts, and credit references will be taken up on all companies who submit an official application. The subscription year runs from 1st January and the subscription of a member elected during the course of a year shall be abated proportionately by the number of whole calendar months expired at the date of election since 1st January. The enclosed application form details the 2008 subscription rates. Please complete this form and return it to MCI. Your declared turnover will be used to calculate your subscription fee and you will be invoiced once the Board has approved your application. Please be assured that any information supplied in your application for membership will be kept in strict confidence and will be used for MCI statistical and subscription calculation purposes only. Your turnover will not be used or published in isolation at any time. Upon election, and dependent on the main nature of your business, your organisation will be assigned to one of the Association's membership divisions as listed on the application form. When completing your application please specify which category best suits your organisation. In addition to these membership divisions, specialist interest groups have been formed for those companies with particularly close common interests. These groups meet regularly, and any member with an appropriate interest may participate in-group meetings/activity. Please indicate if you wish to be added to any of these groups when completing your application form.
