Motorcycles should be part of 'cycle city' vision
The MCI’s public affairs advisor Craig Carey-Clinch will be making the case for ebikes and motorcycles at a major cycle conference in Leeds. The conference - ‘Cycle City’ is for all those working to encourage Dutch levels of utility cycling in Britain. The MCI believes motorcycles and ebikes can play a huge part in this vision, offering more choice for those who can’t or don’t want to cycle or who have longer commutes. There are already 50 motorcycles which meet the proposed ultra-low emission criteria for London and there is a range of electric motorcycles from mopeds to sports bikes.
