Between 70 and 100 riders are expected to take part, meeting up at the Lazy Dayz cafe on the A603 around 7.30am and leaving at 8am for County Hall in Cambridge City Centre.
The Cambridgeshire force is encouraging people to take part in this year's Ride to Work Week, which it says 'promotes safe motorcycling as well as it being a fun, congestion busting and sustainable transport option.'
PC Simon Burgin said: "This fully-escorted ride is aimed at promoting motorcycling as a fun alternative to the car. Motorcyclists are among the most vulnerable road users and for them road safety is vital.
"It is important to encourage motorcyclists to sign up to BikeSafe to help increase their ability and confidence, so they can get even more enjoyment from riding.
"We hope motorcyclists will get on their bikes and join us at the Lazy Dayz Cafe from 7.30am. The ride leaves at 8am."
