Do you offer 'celebrity service'? Find out at MCIA breakfast meeting

Find out how your customer service compares   MCIA has engaged one of the UK’s most creative thinkers on customer service and marketing, for its  breakfast meeting to be held in Birmingham on Wednesday 15th July.
Geoff Ramm is an award winning presenter and author of books‘Celebrity Service’; and ‘OMG Marketing’.
His customers include Honda, TATA, Toyota, SAGE, Tiger Brands, Goldwell and Chrysler and he promises to ‘entertain, energise, and enlighten’ members who attend July’s meeting, with ideas which will inspire new thinking regarding marketing and customer service.
Are you ready for pension changes?

The MCIA has also secured an expert speaker to address members on the latest legislation on pension.  Fiona Tait is Business Development Manager for pension specialists - the Royal London Group - and recently spoke about this issue on BBC Radio 4’s Today Programme.   A new law means that every employer must automatically enrol all workers onto a workplace pension scheme if they earn more than £10,000 a year and are between the age of 22 and state retirement age.
She will provide valuable insight into why this legislation has been introduced, who it affects, what you will need to do as an employer, how much it will cost and where to go for further help.
